CLUB FEES

Next Steps After Team Selection

If you are selected to a Westshore Volleyball Team, please review the following steps and information carefully.
 

1. Volleyball BC Registration

All players must register with Volleyball BC.

  • Cost: Approximately $80 (paid online directly to Volleyball BC)

  • Who: All players and coaches

  • How: Detailed registration instructions will be emailed to players once teams are finalized.
     

2. Westshore Volleyball Club Fees

Team Club Fee

13U Team - $500

15U Team - $500

17U Team - $500

What the fees cover:
Gym rentals for training, coaching certification, equipment use, and administrative costs.
Coaches will provide payment instructions to players and parents.

 

3. Payment Options

You may pay your club fees in one of the following ways:

  1. E-transfer to: registrar@westshorevolleyball.com

  2. Cheque payable to Westshore Volleyball Club — can be submitted to your coach at practice.
     

4. Competition & Travel Expenses

Travel costs are in addition to the registration fee and typically include:

  • Transportation (e.g., ferry)

  • Accommodation (hotel)

  • Coach’s expenses

  • Tournament entry fees

Estimated Costs:

  • Average of $1,200 per player per season (excluding Nationals)

  • If attending National Championships, add approximately $1,200 per player

Please note: Tournament schedules, locations, and total travel expenses will vary depending on the age group and competitive level of each team.
